We also consider cleanroom standards, environmental conditions, and future expansion plans to ensure we meet your unique requirements.

Solution Design & Engineering Evaluation
At RIG Automation, our engineering team develops 3D simulations and feasibility studies, providing customized proposals based on your needs. Each proposal includes detailed layout drawings, process flowcharts, equipment specifications, and risk analysis. We provide comprehensive project timelines and cost breakdowns to ensure optimal technical and economic solutions.

Technical Agreement & Contract Signing
After confirming the solution, we collaborate to draft technical protocols specifying performance metrics (OEE, MTBF), acceptance criteria, and intellectual property rights. The contract includes payment terms, delivery schedule, warranty (12-24 months), and legal provisions to protect both parties.

Detailed Engineering & Manufacturing
After contract finalization, RIG Automation conducts detailed design, including FEA analysis, PLC programming, and vision system integration. We use premium components such as Siemens servo motors and ABB robots, ensuring quality compliance with Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) for each module.

Factory Acceptance & Optimization
After assembly, RIG conducts 72-hour continuous operation tests to verify cycle time and failure rates. Clients attend the Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) on-site, where we fine-tune parameters and provide comprehensive operator training to ensure the system performs as per specifications.

Installation & After-sales Service
RIG engineers manage on-site installation, utility connections, and system commissioning. After delivery, we offer 1-year free maintenance, including remote support, 4-hour emergency response, and quarterly preventative maintenance. We also provide lifetime paid technical support with complete equipment documentation.
